1. Overview

This website is operated by Pet Pulse (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you order.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. We do not guarantee that every description is free of errors, and we may correct errors or update product information at any time without notice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time.

Payment is taken when you place your order. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error, a stock problem, or we suspect fraud.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times, rates, and the return process are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Pet products: safe and responsible use

Our products are intended for use with pets under responsible adult supervision. Always follow the instructions that come with each product.

Training collars: some training collars include vibration, tone, or static-stimulation functions. These are not suitable for puppies, very young animals, or pets with health, behavior, or skin problems. Consult a veterinarian or qualified trainer before use. Start at the lowest setting, never leave a collar on for long periods, and check that these devices are legal where you live. It is your responsibility to follow local laws.

Grooming tools, cages, aviaries, feeders, and electrical items must be used and installed as directed. Supervise your pet around new products until you are sure they are safe for them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pet Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury to a pet or person, arising from misuse of a product or failure to follow its instructions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, and design, belongs to Pet Pulse or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false orders, or to use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

11. Third-party services and links

We use third-party services for payments, shipping, and order processing. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites linked from ours.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer rights that apply instead.
